It does not take a serious injury for one to be in pain. A non-traumatic injury can be as debilitating as a fall or automobile accident, or sometimes even worse. We believe that the root of all non-traumatic injuries are not caused by just one facet but are multi-factorial, and therefore we believe its solution should also be multi-factorial. The innovative approach of infusing chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapies are ideal not just back pain but for all problems. Many have received positive results from treatment for not only the common neck and back pain; but also for headaches, as well as elbow, wrist, hand, knee, ankle and foot pain.
Dr. Alex Franceschi (SOMA & Potrero Hill) graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in the field of Chemistry from the University of New York at Binghamton, and then pursued his graduate degree at Dartmouth College in Organic Chemistry. After a couple of years Dr. Alex realized his calling was not in Research and Academia but rather teaching and helping people even though he enjoyed the field of chemistry greatly.
He then attended Life Chiropractic College West and received a Doctorate in Chiropractic Sciences here in the Bay area. After his graduation he decided to reside in the beautiful city of San Francisco for its glorious weather under 60-70 degrees and the fog that rolls in after 4 pm even though he could not find a descent slice of pizza, Sicilian, calzone or a chicken/veal Parmesan wedge.
Dr. Alex has lived and worked in the South of Market (SOMA) area of San Francisco since 2000. He established a Wellness Center in 2005, where he incorporated chiropractic care with acupuncture and massage therapies.

3R Massage & Bodyworks
Relax, Rejuvenate & Restore is a Co-Operative of Massage Therapist who run and operate their own business.
Due to this unique Blend of Massage Therapists we tend to offer a wide variety of unique therapies which you will not find at most Spas or Bodywork Studios. In addition, our therapists have chosen to perform a Full 60 minute Massage and not the typical 50 minute Massages you will encounter at most Spas or Bodywork studios.
Our Main Goal is to give our client a better and longer Massage and not charge Spa Prices. We are not concerned with squeezing in as many people as possible to make as much money as possible but we are more concerned with giving a better Massage and Experience at an Affordable price to our clients.
Furthermore, we want all our Therapists to experience a longer break time in-between each massage so they may Rest more, which we believe will in turn result in in a better Massage Experience.
Mr. Napolean is a West Highland White Terrier and Miss Cleopatra is a Scottish Terrier that bless us with their presence from time to time. Mr. Napolean is more friendly, while Miss Cleopatra is shy and follows Dr. Alex around the office. They prefer back scratches and the occasional full body massage. They are the official “Office Greeters" and they bring a smile to everyone who comes to our office (Chiro San Francisco) and make everyone feel at home.
Mr. Brando (office security) is a 1 year old Norwich Terrier that comes to the office from time to time. Since our office greeter position was taken we had to make him our Office Security. He is very friendly, loves attention but is also very spunky, tough, super athletic and can jump as high as four feet for such as small dog. Say hello to him when you come in and he will surely greet you and pat you down for some love and affection.
